  • How can I make changes to my order?
  • In order to receive your products as soon as possible, Another Garde starts working on your order as soon as it has been placed. As a result, unfortunately we are unable to change or modify your order after it has been confirmed.

  • How can I check the status of my order?
    You will be able to check the status of your order under 'My Account'. To give you peace of mind, we also will send a confirmation of your order and notifications when it is shipped with the tracking number(s).

  • Will I receive the same product as I see in the photo?
  • Another Garde is very committed to high quality photography and writing detailed descriptions of products we have all seen and touched, so YES!

    However, we also take pride in working with artisans who produce handmade pieces, therefore every piece is unique. Particular apparel, jewelry and leather pieces may consist of flecks or scratches and other natural irregularities. They are not defects but the mark of handmade and traditional craftsmanship.

    If you order and ship to a destination outside the US, on top of Another Garde's shipping cost and tax, customs and import duties will be levied by your shipping destination’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are your responsibility. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

    All our items will be shipped with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.

    Do you ship to countries other than the United States?
    Yes we do!

  • What is your holiday shipping schedule?

  • We do not ship on the following U.S. holidays:

    • Labor Day: September 7, 2015
    • Columbus Day: October 12, 2015
    • Thanksgiving: November 26, 2015
    • Christmas: December 25, 2015
    • New Year’s Eve: December 31, 2015
    • New Year’s Day: January 1, 2016
    What is your returns and exchanges policy?

    We offer free returns and exchanges (if applicable) 15 days after receiving your purchase. Please read our full returns policy.

  • Do you accept returns of objects/artwork?
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of objects/artwork at the moment. Other items exempt of returns include: products that are customized orders, intimate or sanitary goods such as hats and jewelry.

    In addition, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable as well as any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

  • How do I return an item to Another Garde?


    US domestic returns

    To complete the return of your purchase, please use the return slip included with your purchase. If you do no longer have the return slip e.g. your dog swallowed it or you got way too excited by your new purchase, please email customercare@anothergarde.com with the reference of your order to get a new return slip.

    Finally (thanks for hanging in there), please use the original packaging, secure it firmly and drop the package at your nearest Fedex office.

    All returns are via Fedex ground.

    Another Garde cannot at this moment in time cover the shipping costs of your returns. To complete your return, please email customercare@anothergarde.com to receive the address of where to ship your returns. 

    You will use this address to ship the return of intact merchandise using the carrier of your choice.
