Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days. However, if there is any unexpected delay we will contact you immediately to tell you what is happening to your order.

Some items such as hats and customized pieces, as well as styles available on pre-order basis, take longer to ship because an artisan often has to create it specially for you. Please refer to the product description for these particular pieces.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (except holidays). If an order is received after 4 pm, fulfillment will start the following business day.

We do not ship on the following U.S. holidays:

    If you order and ship to a destination outside the US, on top of Another Garde's shipping cost and tax, customs and import duties will be levied by your shipping destination’s local government. All additional taxes and fees are your responsibility. This can range from 20% to 40% of the order value.

    All our items will be shipped with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollars.

    Returns shipping costs

    For US domestic returns, we offer free shipping for your returns using our Fedex ground service and a return shipping label will be included in your shipment.  

    For all international returns, we will accept returns of merchandise that are in the same condition as they were shipped to you. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs of your returns. Please contact us at customercare@anothergarde.com to receive the address where to ship your returns to.

    Tracking order

    Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order.

    Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a message that includes a link to track the shipment of your order. 

    Signature upon delivery

    To ensure that your purchases are delivered safely and timely, by default we require a signature upon delivery. However, you can waive this requirement by writing 'The delivery does not need require my signature' in the Delivery Instructions box when adding the product to your shopping bag.
